Shipping and delivery

We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 4 p.m., we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL or DHL. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Shipping costs

The stated prices include shipping costs, so no shipping costs will be charged.

Products not received

Have you not received the products after 3 working days after placing your order? Please contact us by phone, email or App. We will do everything we can to solve the problem.
