Cancellation and refund policy

Thank you for choosing Skin Project. Please note that we do not provide refunds for treatments, products, prepaid packages, or gift vouchers purchased in the clinics. 

Cancellations:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to notify us of a cancellation of a treatment appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Note: If you do not show up or cancel without a valid reason in less than 48 hours, we are obliged to charge 100 euros in cancellation fees. The health insurer does not reimburse this invoice. We hope for your understanding. For treatments from prepaid packages, the full treatment costs will be forfeited.

If you become ill within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact the clinic immediately to discuss available options.

Important information for your visit

We kindly ask you to come alone to your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot allow children or dogs in the treatment rooms, and we cannot provide supervision. Assistance dogs, such as guide dogs, are of course welcome.
