Daarom onderzoeken we graag wat écht werkt voor jouw huid. Als huidtherapeuten zijn we gespecialiseerd in het kritisch beoordelen van formules, ingrediënten en concentraties van werkstoffen. We starten met een uitgebreid persoonlijk intakegesprek. Ook inspecteren we je huid en we maken met de Observ520 een huidscan van 6 verschillende foto’s zodat we een kijkje in je huid kunnen nemen. Je krijgt van ons persoonlijk advies over jouw huid, productadvies en een plan voor de mogelijke huidtherapeutische behandelingen met de bijbehorende tarieven.

Hoe werkt de behandeling?
We starten altijd met een persoonlijke en vrijblijvende intake. Tijdens het gesprek brengen we jouw wensen, doelen en/of huidproblemen in kaart. Een uitgebreide huidscan met de Observ520 geeft ons een kijkje in je huid. De foto’s bespreken we en mailen we toe als je dat wilt. Samen met de uitkomst van de (medische) vragenlijst stellen we een passend productadvies voor je op. Wanneer we de huidproducten op voorraad hebben, kun je deze meteen meenemen en direct met je thuisbehandeling starten.
Het is heel belangrijk om voorafgaand aan het behandeltraject eerst drie weken met de thuisproducten te starten, zodat de huidconditie optimaal verbetert. De producten stimuleren celdeling en celvernieuwing, waardoor de laag met dode huidcellen dunner wordt. Hierdoor kunnen de behandelingen in de kliniek dieper en effectiever hun werk doen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je sneller resultaat ziet, minder behandelingen nodig hebt en de hersteltijd na behandelingen aanzienlijk korter is.

Je kunt de huidproducten per pin of gepast contant betalen tijdens de afspraak. Gemiddeld is de eerste investering ongeveer € 190,- voor 4 a 5 maanden. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vinden wij erg belangrijk.

Which skin products do you work with?
We only work with so-called cosmeceuticals. These are high-quality skin products based on the advice of a skin therapist or doctor, suitable for your skin condition, skin desire, and/or skin quality. Within the world of cosmeceuticals, we offer various brands. These are only products that we fully stand behind. So you won't find complete product lines with us, but only the gems. We create a personal product recommendation ourselves, where it is possible to combine different brands. We critically examine the ingredient lists, packaging, formula, and composition. The skin products contain honest active ingredients, without irritating additives such as drying alcohol and perfume. In addition, the price/quality ratio must be correct.
Why don't other skin products work for me?
What usually goes wrong with skin products that you buy in stores or at the pharmacy is that they are general products. These products usually lack the right (expensive) active ingredients, the percentages are too low, the formulation is incorrect, or the packaging causes any active ingredients to evaporate, as with a jar of cream. Additionally, a very important reason is that most people have a compromised skin or a reduced skin barrier. As a result, even the good powerful serums do not work, simply because the product cannot penetrate the skin but remains on the dead cell layer (stratum corneum).
What is the difference between a skin therapist and a beautician?
A skin therapist has completed a higher professional education, is a paramedic, falls under the BIG Act (professions in healthcare), carries a protected title, and is registered in the quality register of paramedics. In case of medical indications, reimbursement from the supplementary health insurance is possible. A skin therapist focuses on skin improvement and skin issues. A beautician generally has a secondary vocational education diploma and focuses on the care and beautification of healthy skin and does not have a protected title.
