How long does shipping take?
The order will be delivered 1 working day after your order if you ordered it before 4 p.m.
Do I pay shipping costs?
No, you do not pay shipping costs in the Netherlands. In Belgium, shipping costs above 65 euros are free. We charge € 6.50 for shipping per package.
Which delivery service do you work with?
We work with PostNL
Will I receive a track and trace number?
We send all packages with a track and trace number so that the package can be traced.
How does the return service work?
You can send us an email about which product should be returned and why. You can exchange the products within 14 days if they are unopened. The return costs are for your own account.
How does the health insurance declaration work?
If you are additionally insured for camouflage therapy, Oxygenetix Foundation will in most cases be reimbursed. With the invoice that we send you can submit the invoice to your health insurance. The invoice contains all the necessary information for the insurance company. Skin Project is recognized by all health insurers!
What are the payment methods?
You can pay via IDEAL, Klarna or Credit card. You can of course also pick up the products at the location: Van Woustraat 197-H, 1074 AN, Amsterdam. Ideal, Aterpay and Credit Card, here you can pay cash or by pin.
